Pour this drink into a paper cup for a take-it-with-you breakfast.
1 (8 ounce) can peach slices
1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 of a 6-ounce can frozen pineapple-orange
or orange juice concentrate
In a blender combine undrained peaches, milk powder, and juice concentrate. Cover and blend until smooth.
With blender running, add the ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in the lid, blending well after each addition. Garnish each serving with mint springs, if desired.
Makes 2 (8-ounce) servings.
