1 (10 ounce package frozen broccoli with cheese sauce
2 English muffins, split
Dijon-style mustard
8 slices fully cooked ham (8 ounces)
Cook broccoli and cheese sauce according to package directions. Meanwhile, toast the English muffin halves.
Spread each English muffin half with mustard. Divide the muffins halves between two plates. Top each half with two slices of ham. Spoon the hot broccoli-cheese mixture over the ham.
Makes two servings.
