Buttery Biscuits

1 cup butter, melted (no substitutes)
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 cups self-rising flour, unsifted

Combine all with a spoon and fill ungreased mini-muffin tins to the top with batter. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Makes 3 dozen.
