Butter Sticks

1/3 cup butter
2 cups Bisquick
1/2 cup cold water

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

Stir Bisquick and water with a fork in bowl to form a soft dough.

Gently smooth dough into a ball on floured board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough into a 10 x 6-inch rectangle with rolling pin. Cut lengthwise in half. Cut each half crosswise into 12 equal strips, 3 inches long and about 3/4-inch wide. Dip each strip into melted butter in the baking pan, making sure both sides of strips are coated with butter.

Arrange strips in pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
