Bisquick Sour Cream Muffins

1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
2 cups Bisquick baking mix

Add butter and sour cream to Bisquick. Stir to combine. Do not over-mix. Pour into greased or papered muffin cups. Bake at 425 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until golden.
