Cheese Bread

3 1/3 cups buttermilk biscuit baking mix
2 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk

Grease and flour a loaf pan. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Mix biscuit baking mix and cheese. Mix eggs and milk; add to cheese mixture. Stir until dry particles are wet. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 45 minutes. Test with wooden pick for doneness.

Butter top. Turn out of pan after 10 minutes, and cool on wire rack.
