1 (7 1/2 ounce) tube refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup jelly
Separate biscuits; pat onto the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin cups.
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and jelly until smooth; place one rounded tablespoonful into each biscuit cup. Bake at 450 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 10 servings.
