Banana-Gingerbread Muffins

1 (14 1/2 ounce) box gingerbread cake and cookie mix
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup water
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups.

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately remove from pan.

Makes 16 muffins, with 160 calories per muffin.
