Pepperoni Beans

Serves 6 to 8.

20 slices pepperoni, quartered
1 small onion, chopped
2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
1/2 cup prepared barbecue sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard

In a large saucepan, cook the pepperoni and onion over medium heat until the onion is soft and beginning to become translucent, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the pork and beans, barbecue sauce and mustard. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve warm.
