2 cans smoked oysters (about 24)
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
8 slices bacon, each cut into 3 equal pieces
Place oysters in a bowl with pineapple juice and soy sauce. Allow to marinate for about an hour. Drain juice from oysters and wrap with a piece of bacon. Secure each piece with a wooden pick and place on a cookie sheet. Broil for several minutes per side.
