3 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 pound ground sausage
Let sausage sit in its plastic until it is soft. Unroll the crescent rolls and seal all perforations. Spread 1/3 of the softened sausage onto each of the crescent roll squares - going all the way to the edge so it will be a thin layer. Roll the crescent rolls up and wrap the long cylinder in aluminum foil or plastic wrap. When ready to bake, slice them into thin slices Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake them at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes (or until lightly browned).
These are delicious and they look hard to make when they are really easy as can be! This will make about 40 to 50.
