1 cup roasted red peppers, rinsed and drained
1 (1 ounce) packet Original Ranch seasoning & salad dressing mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
Baguette slices
Sliced ripe olives (optional)
Blot dry red peppers. In food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine peppers, seasoning and salad dressing mix and cream cheese; process until smooth. Spread on baguette slices and garnish with olives, if desired.
Makes 2 cups.
