A nice low-fat snack dip.
1 box Lipton kosher vegetable soup mix
24 ounces low fat sour cream
1/2 jar of low fat mayonnaise
1 package frozen spinach
Follow the directions on the back of the soup box, but use low fat instead.
Mix all packets of soup mix with sour cream and mayonnaise.
Defrost spinach. Squeeze out all water from spinach. Mix spinach in.
Also good with water chestnuts or celery mixed in for extra crunch. Refrigerate for at least an hour or two. Excellent with pretzels, Triscuits or bread.
