Hot Rueben Dip

1 (16 ounce) refrigerated package sauerkraut, rinsed,
    drained and completely dry
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
10 ounces deli sliced corned beef, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Spread into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with cocktail-size rye or pumpernickel bread.
