24 party rye bread slices
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
6 ounces beef pastrami or turkey pastrami, very thinly sliced
4 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray large baking sheet with non stick cooking spray. Arrange rye bread slices on prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
Spread about 1 teaspoon of dressing onto each rye slice, top with meat (folding slices to fit on bread). Sprinkle each appetizer evenly with about 2 teaspoons of cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Top each with about 2 teaspoons alfalfa sprouts.
Arrange on serving platter and serve, a true party pleaser.
