1 pound thick bacon
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Mix brown sugar with mustard. Spread bacon on a cookie sheet with sides. Sprinkle sugar mixture on bacon and bake at 300 degrees F for one hour.
Drain on paper towels. Refrigerate to cool; cut and serve.
